One of our ongoing projects at the NISOC Site involves the oil feed process pump, which has been selected as one of the key pieces of equipment for transferring crude oil under heavy-duty operating conditions.
The RPH is a single-stage, single-suction, OH2-type process pump engineered to deliver high reliability, efficiency, and long service life in demanding oil applications.
Proposed Technical Specifications
• Pump Type: Horizontal, single-stage, OH2 process pump
• Maximum Flow Rate: Up to 625 bbl/day
• Maximum Head: Up to 384 psi
• Temperature Range: –70°C to +450°C
• Materials: Duplex stainless steel
Application at NISOC Site
During the expansion phase of NISOC Site, the RPH pumps will be used to transfer crude oil from the process and gathering units to the main transmission lines.
With their high efficiency, mechanical durability, and ease of maintenance, the RPH pumps are expected to improve operational reliability and enhance overall system efficiency across the crude oil transfer network.
Kara has successfully executed the Produced Water Injection Project, reaffirming its commitment to delivering specialized engineering and technical solutions to the oil and gas industry. As part of this project, a complete pump station was installed and commissioned to inject produced saline water—separated from crude oil—into a designated disposal/injection well in accordance with the operator’s technical requirements and specifications. All engineering, installation, testing, and commissioning activities were performed in full compliance with HSE requirements, international standards, and the technical regulations of the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC). The application of high-quality equipment, accurate engineering design, and continuous supervision by Kara’s experienced engineering team ensured safe, reliable, and efficient operation throughout every phase of the project.A notable achievement of this project was its successful completion within less than Three months, encompassing engineering, detailed design, international procurement, construction, and commissioning. This accomplishment demonstrates Kara’s strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and operational excellence in delivering critical oil and gas infrastructure projects.
